Short Term Missions:

Kenya -

Christ’s Hope International is actively serving along the equator on the shores of Lake Victoria in Kisumu, Kenya. Christ’s Hope Kenya has active Choose To Wait, Care and Compassion and Orphans and Vulnerable Children programs helping to bring hope to those impacted by HIV & AIDS

Working in conjunction with our staff in Kenya, we will help your team plan an effective outreach that will meet your needs as well as the needs of our ministry. Christ’s Hope Kenya has very active ministry programs working with children in our Ministry CarePoints, teaching Choose To Wait in the schools and working with clients in our Care and Compassion program.
Trips are generally arranged for a two or four week duration throughout the year. April, August and December are school breaks when we may be able to schedule special camps for children.

Namibia -

Christ’s Hope International was founded in Namibia in 2003. Home to the International Office, Namibia also has the largest ministry presence in Africa. We are currently in the process of moving from children's homes to Ministry CarePoints and have active Choose To Wait teaching programs.

Teams are welcome throughout most of the year. Depending on the desired focus of the team, activities can be planned to fit with the school schedules of the children. The holiday schedule for Namibian schools is as follows:
End of April through late May
End of August through early September
Teams not encouraged December – mid January

Tanzania -

Home to Mount Kilimanjaro and famous Serengeti National Park, Christ’s Hope International is growing its ministry activities in Tanzania. We have active Choose To Wait teaching and Orphans and Vulnerable Children ministries.

Teams going to Tanzania will assist in a growing Orphan & Vulnerable Children program in Mwanza. There may also be an opportunity to assist local Choose To Wait teachers in the classroom. Prior missions experience is required. Timing and activities will be jointly designed to ensure alignment with long-term organizational strategies and benefits to all participants.


Long Term Missions:

Christ’s Hope is always looking for talented and passionate people to serve in longer term missions.  Our greatest need is men and women to serve for a minimum of one year in one of our African ministry countries.  We are also developing opportunities for intensive three month internships.  If you have interest in serving please contact info@christshopeusa.org to discuss opportunities that may fit your gifts and passions.
