Ride For Hope
Calling all Riders...
Tim Patton had a vision. After serving on a mission trip to Namibia in 2006, he wanted to do more to bring attention and help to the plight of AIDS he witnessed. He wants to do a bike ride to raise support and awareness about AIDS in Africa. I thought, what a great idea. I figured 150 miles, lots of riders, it would be great. But nooooo. Tim’s vision is to ride coast to coast.Thus spawned Ride For Hope... 3251 Miles!
Starting June 7th, 2009 three teams of six riders will ride across the US in 10 days! Along the way in every town we will fellowship, share about the needs of those infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS and share the vision of Christ’s Hope in Africa.
Come join us. Ride the whole way or through the Mini Tours (approximately 75 miles one day) in certain areas near you. We need support crew and ambassadors to connect with churches and groups along the way.
